Career Readiness Initiatives and Special Programming (CRISP)

The ODI Career Readiness Initiatives and Special Programming (CRISP) unit develops and coordinates post-baccalaureate career awareness, readiness, and professional development opportunities, programming, and services to Office of Diversity and Inclusion undergraduate, graduate, and professional students, and faculty affiliated with the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. Under the leadership and direction of the Vice Provost for Diversity and Inclusion and Chief Diversity Officer, the unit also executes the President & Provost Diversity and Cultural Arts Lecture Series, National Conference on Diversity, Race and Learning (NCDRL), and coordinates a number of special receptions, events, seminars, and retreats targeting undergraduate, graduate/professional students, and faculty of color at The Ohio State University.
