Career Readiness Initiatives and Special Programming (CRISP)

The ODI Career Readiness Initiatives and Special Programming (CRISP) unit develops and coordinates post-baccalaureate career awareness, readiness, and professional development opportunities, programming, and services for Office of Diversity and Inclusion undergraduate, graduate, and professional students, and affilitated faculty . Under the leadership and direction of the Vice Provost for Diversity and Inclusion and Chief Diversity Officer, the unit also executes the President & Provost Diversity and Cultural Arts Lecture Series, National Conference on Diversity, Race and Learning (NCDRL), and coordinates a number of special receptions, events, seminars, and retreats targeting undergraduate, graduate/professional students, and faculty of color at The Ohio State University.
