Career Readiness Initiatives and Special Programming (CRISP) develops and coordinates post-baccalaureate career awareness, readiness, and professional development opportunities, programming, and services for ODI undergraduate, graduate, and professional students, and affiliated faculty. The unit also executes the President & Provost Diversity and Cultural Arts Lecture Series, and the National Conference on Diversity, Race and Learning, and coordinates a number of special receptions, events, seminars, and retreats for undergraduate, graduate/professional students, and faculty at The Ohio State University.
