The month of February has been a busy one for ODI and its programs. From painting to dancing to conference travel, ODI Scholars and staff have been prioritizing their mental and physical health and growing as leaders over the last few weeks.
On view until February 28, 2025, the series of prints by Larry Winston Collins is dedicated to the great American men and women of African descent who faced many challenges during their lives but left an enduring legacy in Jazz to inspire future generations.
"If you're not on top of technology, it will be on top of you," said an emphatic Chuck D, the rapper who gained fame in the 1990s as the frontman for the iconic rap group Public Enemy. "You have to learn how to dance with what is coming at you."
