Making your reservation
Before making your reservation, please read the HBCC Room Reservation Agreement.
Our new reservation system, Mazévo, allows university faculty, staff and students to submit ALL HBCC service requests on one platform. This includes room reservation requests, requests to collect donations in the HBCC lobby, requests to table in the HBCC lobby, and requests to borrow HBCC collapsible tables and chairs for events.
The login email address for Mazévo should be the individual's name.#@osu.edu (Students, do not use name.#@buckeyemail.osu.edu.)
Approvals
- Fall 2024 HBCC Reservation approvals will begin Monday, July 15, 2024
