This program is designed to bring men further into the gender equity equation by building a cross-campus network of male allies who share an understanding of the effects of implicit bias and systematic privilege and to introduce specific practical actions to help men better support women at the university.

Center for Belonging and Social Change Educational Workshops and Opportunities
The Center for Belonging and Social Change offers dialogues, trainings, and workshops that touch on a wide-range of identity development and social justice issues. Along with providing education for students, they offer workshops and trainings to student-facing professionals at the university.

Ohio State Conference on Learning and Leadership
For the past 30 years, ODI’s national conference has provided attendees with new and inventive ways to support students, colleagues, and community members by sharing research and best practices on education, leadership, and professional development.
To better reflect an expanded scope, we are introducing/launching our conference as the Ohio State Conference on Learning and Leadership. Aimed at educators, industry leaders and community partners, the Conference on Learning and Leadership offers the enriching experience that attendees have come to expect. We are committed to providing a dynamic forum for creating and discovering knowledge to improve the well-being of our local and global communities.
REACH Suicide Prevention Training
REACH© is the name of the Ohio State suicide prevention gatekeeper training program designed to help the Ohio State community prevent suicide by teaching faculty, staff and students how to: Recognize warning signs, Engage with empathy, Ask directly about suicide, Communicate hope, Help suicidal individuals to access care and treatment.
