Latine Student Success Early Arrival Program
The Latine Student Success Early Arrival Program (LSS EAP) is coordinated by the Latine Student Success (LSS) Center within the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. LSS EAP is a three-day in-person program that prepares incoming first-year Latine students for university life by providing educational workshops, engaging presentations and team-building activities before the start of the school year. Further, EAP students will receive dates for monthly check-ins throughout the autumn semester.
EAP students who successfully complete the program are encouraged to submit an application for priority admission into the spring semester-long Latine leadership series. The series partners a small cohort of first-year Latine students with mentors and provides evidence-based workshops on social, academic and professional success.
