Description
The 2024 Title IX regulations brought big advances in the rights of pregnant and postpartum students. But in January 2025, a court vacated the regulations, making them unenforceable by the Department of Education. The court decision along with the recent change in administration has shifted the legal landscape on pregnant and parenting students. This session will provide an overview of the current legal protections that pregnant and parenting students have and offer insight into what the recent changes mean for implementing Title IX on your campus.
