Description
Indigenous peoples and communities have long been creators, users, and keepers of data. Join this panel of experts as they explore the ways Indigenous communities currently use scientific data as tools of care. From genomic data to ecological data and sociological data, they share how information is used to push for sovereignty and self-determination.
This event is presented in partnership with the American Indian Studies program, a part of the Center for Ethnic Studies.
