The webinar will focus on the experiences of five Black faculty members at predominantly White research universities. Scholarly perspectives will be given that explore microaggressions, resilience, and potential remedies for addressing these issues at the institutional level. Their collective recitations will bring to the forefront the invisible social ill that occurs on a day-to-day basis in the Academy.
