Join the Ohio State SACNAS Chapter and ODI on Thursday, November 21st as we host National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) regional program manager, Catalina Martinez. Catalina will deliver a keynote lecture detailing her research at NOAA and scientific journey as a Latina in STEM at 10:00 am in the MBI Auditorium.
Later at 4:00 pm also in the MBI Auditorium, we are also hosting a screening + discussion led by Catalina Martinez of the film "Can We Talk? Difficult Conversations with Underrepresented People of Color: Sense of Belonging and Obstacles to STEM Fields" by Dr. Kendall Moore.
