The Ohio State University's Humanities and Cognitive Sciences High School Summer Institute is a week-long summer program that provides a critical thinking forum for rising high school students matriculated from Central Ohio area high schools to explore the big questions at the intersection of the humanities and cognitive sciences.

The Center for Latin American Studies (CLAS) at The Ohio State University has a primary mission of serving, facilitating and stimulating the intellectual needs of the faculty and students involved in Latin American studies, in order to foster cutting edge instruction and research on Latin American languages, cultures, societies, histories, politics, economics, and the arts. In addition, the CLAS promotes the dissemination of knowledge about Latin American throughout the OSU campus and the local community, in order to enhance the public's awareness and understanding of Latin America.
The Diversity & Identity Studies Collective at OSU - DISCO - is an interdisciplinary and university-wide project that seeks to coordinate and foster collaboration among a number of departments and academic programs that focus on aspects of diverse identities.OSU Student Organizations
The Student Life Multicultural Center (MCC) offers several hundred programs a year - cultural and intercultural celebrations, heritage and awareness events, dialogues, workshops, student leadership and cohort meetings, prejudice-reduction trainings, wellness initiatives and Social Justice Engagement courses - all focused on teaching students personal and interpersonal skills necessary to be most effective in a diverse world.
The P12 Inititative helps to connect Ohio State to schools and communities organizations so serve Ohio's youth, including summer camps.
