Central Ohio utility providers have suspended shutoffs for nonpayment, including Columbia Gas of Ohio and AEP Ohio. Some mobile carriers are also offering free access to services, including Charter Communications, which is offering free access to Spectrum Broadband and Wi-Fi for new, student households, and AT&T, which has waived late fees.
