The Columbus-Athens Schweitzer Fellows Program

The Columbus-Athens Schweitzer Fellows Program, a chapter of the national Schweitzer Fellowship, seeks to build leaders in service who are dedicated to working with the underserved. Senior Associate Dean and Columbus-Athens Schweitzer Fellows Board member Jackie Blount encourages faculty and staff to ask students to apply. An information session will take place on Thursday, Jan. 9, at 12 p.m., in the EHE College Commons, 260 Ramseyer Hall. A diverse group of 12-15 graduate and professional students will be selected from Ohio State, Ohio University and other Columbus-area colleges. Fellows receive a $3,000 stipend over the course of the year. If you are interested contact Jackie Blount at
