James Moore Given Key to City
Dr. James L Moore III, associate provost in the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, and the inaugural director of the Todd Anthony Bell National Resource Center on the African American Male at Ohio State University, was the keynote speaker at the city of Spartanburg’s Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Unity Celebration, held at Converse College. The keynote address was titled, “Democracy, Education, and Community,” and focused on the importance of education and the community’s role in education.
