My Reflections on the MSP Alternative Spring Break Trip to Chicago h

My experience on the 2020 MSP Alternative Spring Break was absolutely amazing. I was a participant in last year's alternative spring break trip to D.C. and had a great time, so I honestly came in with high expectations but was not disappointed. Through the various locations we visited and supported through our service, we were able to get a firsthand look at what fighting housing insecurity and homelessness looks like from the grassroots level all the way up through the city, state, and federal government.
