Please note: The optimal time to apply to the JLM Scholars Program is the term of your immediate transfer to The Ohio State University.

This application is ONLY for students applying to the Ohio State Spring cohort. Eligible transfer terms for this cohort are SU21, AU21, and SP21.

Before you apply

Please make sure to have the following available when you complete the application:

  • A copy of your most recent unofficial transcript

  • A copy of your most recent financial aid award letter

  • Head shot photo
