Faculty Fellows Program The
Faculty Fellows Program provides an opportunity for faculty who want to
tailor their service, research or teaching interests to the areas of diversity,
equity, and social justice by working on a project for the Office of
Diversity and Inclusion, with project funding up to $15,000. For

Education Abroad Scholarships Scholarships will be
awarded to graduate or professional students conducting research on
race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or disability. Undergraduate scholarships will be awarded to students who are enrolled in a
university-approved program, and special consideration will be given to those
students from underrepresented groups, and/or first-generation students going
abroad for the first time to study, conduct research, or render service. Average scholarship: $2,000. For more information and to download an

awarded to faculty and graduate and professional students who are
working on interdisciplinary research projects that have as their central
focus such topics as race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or
disability. Average grants will range from $1,000 - $10,000. For

Grants Small grants will be
awarded to students, faculty, or staff sponsoring a conference or
symposium that directly addresses issues of diversity and inclusion. Average grants will range from $500 -
$5,000.

Columbus
Academy Diverse Faculty Fellows A unique partnership between Columbus
Academy and The Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Columbus Academy’s Diverse
Faculty Fellows program connects candidates of underrepresented communities
with the opportunity to gain experience teaching at an independent school.
Fellows may work in the Lower, Middle or Upper School in any appropriate
subject in order to gain exposure to the areas that best fit their background
and interests. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a commitment to
Diversity. For
