If you are not planning to attend Summer Semester 2012, your eligibility for your scholarship will be based upon your cumulative GPA at the end of Spring Quarter 2012.

With the conversion from quarters to semesters beginning Autumn 2012, students who are receiving OSU merit and/or need based financial aid are asking how their remaining quarters of eligibility convert to their remaining semesters of eligibility. To help answer that question please use the following chart:

Example: Ricardo is a MSP student who has 3 quarters of eligibility remaining after Spring Quarter 2012. Ricardo has 3 quarters remaining heading into the 2012-2013 academic year so these quarters of eligibility will switch to 2 semesters of eligibility.
Since you are trying to determine how many semesters of eligibility you will have remaining once we convert to semesters, it is extremely important to start with the accurate number of quarters of eligibility remaining that includes all quarters used throughout the end of the 2011-2012 academic year.
