Shipping and Setup

Shipping

For your convenience, displays and recruiting materials may be shipped prior to the Career Fair. Due to limited storage space, we are asking companies that need to ship fair materials to keep shipment size to a minimum and to ship materials to arrive by no earlier than Monday, January 28. Materials may be received at the following address:

Be sure to include your organization's name on the package(s).

Setup

Company tables will occupy the Archie M. Griffin Grand Ballroom in the Ohio Union, each company having a specific table assignment.

The ballroom will be opened at 8:00 a.m. for display/setup.

Fair hosts with volunteer tags will be there to assist you.

If materials/ displays were shipped in advance they will be at your table when you arrive.

Tables & linen will be supplied. If you have a corporate tablecloth, feel free to utilize that instead.

If needed, electrical outlets should be requested when registering. If an extension cord is required for your display unit please bring one.

Some display lights get broken in transit; please bring extra bulbs with you.

Don't forget tape for packing materials for shipment at the end of the day.

Also please make sure to arrange for pickup and shipping of your materials for after the fair (UPS makes daily pickups from The Ohio Union. All other carriers used, must be contacted by you to arrange pickup of your materials).
