To ensure the continued value, effectiveness and timeliness of the informational technology systems utilized by the staff of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. To provide support to the staff in meeting their hardware, software and technological information needs with respect to the Office of Diversity and Inclusion’s goals and strategies in supporting its targeted students.

Goals and Objectives

• Improve teamwork and communications both horizontally and vertically.
• To assist the the staff in gaining technological knowledge that enhances their job performance.
• Understand our Office of Diversity and Inclusion client needs to assist in defining our standards and services.
• Regularly analyze, and proactively improve, our processes and performance.
• Work closely with other campus entities to acquire and maintain additional technological goods and services that benefit Office of Diversity and Inclusion's goals and strategies.
