On Monday, May 1, 2017, Dr. Eddie Moore, Jr. will be the featured speaker for the Pre-Conference. Dr. Moore is recognized as one of the nation’s top motivational speakers and educators, especially for his work with students in K-16. He has pursued and achieved success in academia, business, diversity, leadership and community service. In 1996, he started America & MOORE, LLC to provide comprehensive diversity, privilege and leadership trainings and workshops.

We will be honored to have an additional powerhouse on the main day (Tuesday, May 2, 2017): Christopher B. Howard, PhD, the eighth president of Robert Morris University, a nationally-ranked institution in suburban Pittsburgh, will deliver the closing keynote and participate in a panel discussion. Dr. Howard is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he earned a B.S. in political science in 1991. A Rhodes scholar, he earned his doctorate in politics at the University of Oxford and an M.B.A. with distinction from the Harvard Business School.  A retired Air Force reserve lieutenant colonel, Dr. Howard served as a helicopter pilot after earning his doctorate, and then became an intelligence officer for the elite Joint Special Operations Command.
